Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Apex brings everything needed for the job, including vacuums, mops and eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for children and pets. You don't need to buy or leave anything out. If a surface needs special care, such as a stone benchtop or an oiled timber floor, let us know when you book.
Can I book a one-off or same-day clean?
Yes, one-off cleans are welcome, from a single deep clean to a tidy-up before guests arrive. Same-day cleans depend on what's already booked, so call 022-606-4460 as early as you can. We're available Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Do you offer end of tenancy cleaning in Wellington and Lower Hutt?
Yes. End of tenancy and bond cleaning is available across Wellington, Lower Hutt and the wider region. Apex cleans the whole property to inspection standard from a full checklist, gives you a receipt and can add carpet cleaning to the same visit. Move-in cleans are available too.
What is included in a standard house clean?
A standard clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: dusting surfaces and skirting boards, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning benches, sinks and mirrors, sanitising bathrooms, emptying bins and a general tidy-up. Ovens, fridges, wall washing and other extras can be added, or you can book a deep clean instead.
